Going into its ninth year, Mean Dynamics is a student-run, all-gender a capella organization that seeks to provide a space for singers of every experience level to perform together. Our group of 20+ singers comes from all majors and backgrounds, and collaborates every semester through local performance and volunteer opportunities.

Join us on Tuesday, April 28 at 8pm in Voertman Recital Hall for an evening of a cappella music. The event is free and open to the public.
Highlights from the set list include music by Billie Eilish and Tears for Fears, and guest appearances from UNTapped A Cappella and Center Stage Musical Theatre.

The Mean Dynamics performed on April 28th at 8 PM in Voertman Hall for a night of a cappella magic, featuring Center Stage Musical Theatre! Featuring stunning harmonies, high-energy performances, and a diverse setlist, this event was livestreamed on the College of Music website, thanks to the Department of Recording Services.

Mean Dynamics is proud to display their annual Halloween music video featuring an original arrangement by music director Teagan Serink: Highlights from Hazbin Hotel. Soloists in order are Valeria Tuesta, Ben Roden, Danni Choiniere, Leo Tinoco, Chandler Cox, Tabitha Allen, and Diana Delosa.

On April 20th 2024, we hosted our annual spring concert. We showcased our member's hard work on songs of many genres and eras. Thanks to NTTV, UNT's signature television broadcast group. We thank them for their collaboration and hope you enjoy the show!
