Who are the officers?
Ethan - President
Monty - Vice President
Shrinidhi and Teagan - Co-Music Directors
Sloan - Social Media Officer
Flint - Communications Officer
Tabitha - Secretary/Treasurer
What do officers do?
Officers make rehearsal plans, pursue performance, social, and volunteer events, and handle the nitty gritty of running a student org. For detailed information on the different role opportunities and responsibilities, check the General Handbook.
I have to be late or miss rehearsal. Who should I talk to? What if I feel sick?
If you feel sick or unwell, do not attend rehearsal. Take the time to rest. Message Tabitha on GroupMe if you'll be late or absent to rehearsal!
How can I pay dues?
Dues are $20 a semester. Dues fund our socials, sheet. music, charity event registration, and any funds incurred for our performances and spring concert. You can pay dues in cash or digital transfer to Tabitha. Check rehearsal plans or the announcement chat for Tabitha's information. Members will not be penalized for being unable to pay for dues.Â
How can I pitch music?
We democratically discuss and select music at the beginning of semester, so if you have an arrangement or piece to pitch, let an officer know! We prefer pieces that members arrange but will try out anything we get our hands on.
How can I join the Google Drive and Discord?
There are links to the Discord and Google Drive pinned in the Announcements GroupMe. Use those links to join the Discord and Google Drive. Due to copyright reasons, the Google Drive is confidential, so reach out to an Officer to be granted access.Â

Interesting in seeing how the group is run and learning about our history and how you can learn from previous members? The general handbook below lays out our values and day-to-day activities of the group. The arranger handbook was written for people interested in arranging a capella for the group, and the music director handbook is special - it covered music education and how to teach music.
